Shipping
- We ship within the United States.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $49. Orders under $49 are charged calculated shipping at checkout.
- Most orders ship within 1–2 business days; delivery is typically 3–7 business days. Some batteries ship ground only and may take longer.
Returns
- Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact support@beamoutlet.com to start a return.
- Clearance items are eligible for return unless marked final sale on the product; final-sale items are not returnable except for defects.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will help direct warranty claims to the manufacturer.
